We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of our Sydney operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. • Leading all day-to-day site operations and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine.
• Driving a strong safety culture where everyone goes home safely every day.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to achieve their best.
• Managing performance, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make great operations even better.
• Managing resources, labour planning, and operational costs.
• Rolling up your sleeves when needed and leading from the front.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong people leadership skills and the ability to get the best out of a team.
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience managing operational performance and budgets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Experience within logistics, transport, warehousing, or supply chain operations is highly regarded.
