This department focuses on developing a data-driven, results-oriented account management team. Everything revolves around maintaining, deepening, and expanding existing customer relationships, ensuring that customers truly benefit from our solutions and processes run smoothly: you’re on it.
How you do this? In this role, you are responsible for maintaining and expanding long-term relationships with our customers, while ensuring the team works in a consistent, structured, and data-driven manner. You develop a clear account strategy, translate it into concrete goals, and manage outcomes such as customer satisfaction, retention, revenue growth with existing customers, and optimal collaboration. Through clear KPIs, strong pipeline management, and accurate forecasting, you identify opportunities to deepen relationships and increase commercial value.
In addition, you provide leadership to a diverse team of account managers and actively work on professionalising the account management process. You coach your team to enhance their relationship management and customer-focused skills, structure processes so they are scalable and predictable, and create alignment between commercial strategy and daily execution. By leveraging CRM systems, market insights, and data analysis, you understand customers’ needs and proactively contribute to their success.. You achieve this by:
- leading and developing a high-performing sales team, coaching, motivating, and nurturing talents to their full potential;
- driving KPIs, pipeline management, and forecasting with data-driven insights to optimise commercial performance;
- expanding existing customer relationships and exploiting commercial opportunities by translating market and customer insights into concrete actions that deliver sustainable growth.

You bring
- proven experience in a commercial environment, preferably within transport and logistics, with a track record of sales results;
- strong leadership skills and the ability to develop, motivate, and coach a team to higher performance;
- affinity for data-driven work, including the use of CRM systems and Power BI, with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
