Would you like to take the first step towards leadership within a high-tech logistics environment? As a data centre coordinator within our Logistics department, you are a key link on the work floor and work closely with the team every day to ensure the operation runs smoothly.

Coordinating daily activities and supporting warehouse employees within our data centre logistics operation: you’re on it.

How do you do this? In this role you combine coordinating responsibilities with actively participating in the operation. You are visible on the work floor, support colleagues and ensure everyone understands the daily planning and can move forward. You work closely with the team leader or supervisor to ensure processes run smoothly, resolve bottlenecks and implement improvements. This gives you the opportunity to further develop your leadership and coordination skills in a dynamic environment. You achieve this by:

• managing the team on a daily basis and ensuring the optimal deployment of people and resources;
• motivating, guiding and coaching colleagues while acting as the first point of contact for questions or operational challenges;
• monitoring productivity and progress, identifying deviations and taking action where necessary;
• actively participating in the operation, replacing the team leader or other coordinators when needed and contributing to process improvements.

You bring

• mbo working and thinking level and affinity with logistics processes;
• a structured, systematic and accurate way of working;
• leadership qualities such as taking responsibility, showing initiative and addressing colleagues when needed;
• strong communication skills in English, Dutch are considered an advantage.
