Purpose of the position:

The Operational Accounting Domain within Global Operational Excellence is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to help drive standardisation, governance, and continuous improvement across Air & Sea. The role focuses on operational accounting processes, business rules, master data, financial structures, and TANGO enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

What you'll do:

• Drive improvements to operational accounting processes and ways of working
• Support governance of Air & Sea business rules, financial structures, and relevant master data
• Work with Operations, Finance, Tax, Technology, and Production Systems teams globally
• Support TANGO process development, testing, and implementation activities
• Document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive standardisation
• Help improve data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency

 Required Experience:

What we're looking for:

• Good knowledge of TANGO
• Some experience with operational accounting and/or Finance-related operational processes
• Experience from Air & Sea Operations, Process Management, Systems Support, or a similar area
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Structured and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Curiosity and willingness to develop expertise in a specialised domain
• This role can suit both experienced professionals and younger talent looking to grow their career within Operational Excellence.
