For our Road team in Eupen, we are looking for a hands-on Logistics Administrative Officer to join our operations. 
You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment focused on value-added services, where you play a key role in supporting both administrative processes and day-to-day operations on the floor.

Tasks:

• You combine administrative responsibilities with a strong presence in the warehouse, working closely with operations;
• You handle daily administrative tasks to support warehouse and transport activities;
• You prepare and validate transport documents such as delivery notes and invoices;
• You register shipments and stock movements in the system (ERP/WMS);
• You actively follow up inbound and outbound flows, ensuring smooth and timely execution;
• You are in close contact with team leaders and shift leaders on the warehouse floor to align and solve issues quickly;
• You communicate with colleagues, customers, and transport partners;
• You take a hands-on approach by regularly going into the warehouse to support operations and keep processes running efficiently;
• You assist in handling questions related to deliveries, orders, and documentation.

You bring

• You have a first administrative experience within transport or logistics;
• You speak fluently English and French (German is a strong plus)
• You are comfortable working with systems or willing to learn (ERP/WMS/SAP);
• You work accurately and stay organized;
• You are eager to learn, proactive, and a team player;
