BRIEF OVERVIEW
An Air import Operator position has arisen within the Import Department of DSV Air & Sea’s Feltham location. 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is well versed and astute in all aspects of customer service excellence to join a company committed to providing quality, innovative value and logistics services. 
The candidate will be able to confidently provide the Air Import customer base with commercial and operational services.

KEY DUTIES

• Frontline customer contact/support
• Relationship building
• Some pricing
• COD billing/collection
• Handovers
• Hand ins
• Collating clearance instructions
• Arranging delivery
• Paperless environment
• Ownership and accountability
• Mixture of high profile and SME business
• Mixture of commodities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Good communication skills 
• Good organization skills and effective time management 
• Manage time effectively 
• Commercial awareness Attention to detail 
• IT Literate in Microsoft Office Problem solving 
• Ideally will have 2-3 years recent relevant industry experience in a similar role
