DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Freight Forwarder, Operations in Perth.

The position is responsible for liaising with customers & suppliers in an effective and timely manner whilst directing, compiling and completing the necessary documentation within the operations team. This position is required to ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. 

Your typical day at DSV:

- Work together with Operations team to ensure quality and accuracy of work delivered.
- Carry out operations and work flow processes in accordance specified requirements. 
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships with DSV customers (internal and external), suppliers and service providers both locally and overseas.
- Communicate (verbal and written) with customers, suppliers and other team members to obtain information or communicate issues.
- Problem solve issues relating to information recorded on documents, calculations of costings and load size.
- Plan and prioritize tasks according to specific requirements and deadlines.
- Support the Senior Team Lead & Operations Manager with day to day activities, and other reasonable tasks and projects as required.
- Plan and prioritize shipments from the Workbench in order to achieve milestone requirements, designated KPIs and deadlines.

About you:

- Experience in a similar role for atleast 5 years.

- Good communication, customer service and numeracy skills are required.

- Experience using CargowiseOne is preferred.
