About the role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will work for one of our largest clients, specialized in Pharma & Healthcare services. In this role, you will report directly to the end customer. You act as the link between the client, internal departments, and external stakeholders. You ensure that accurate data and planning are available for the inbound, outbound, and value-added logistics (VAL) processes in the warehouse, and that the specific agreements and requirements of the client are met.

 

Other tasks

  • Real-time monitoring of the pick/pack process using the warehouse management system and/or transport planning tools, coordinating internally and externally to ensure compliance with client agreements;
  • Identifying disruptions and informing clients and carriers of any expected delays or changes;
  • Acting as the first operational point of contact for assigned clients, serving as the central link between the client and internal departments;
  • Detecting potential issues or bottlenecks and working together with the client on effective solutions;
  • Handling and escalating customer complaints as needed;
  • Contributing to projects aimed at improving processes and work instructions, where applicable.

Are you the perfect fit?

  • You have several years of experience in a customer service role within  logistics or supply chain;
  • You have strong knowledge of Excel (e.g. creating dashboards, performing analyses, etc.).
  • You are customer-oriented, communicative, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • You have a good command of Dutch and English.
