Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, systems, and process improvements? 
We are looking for a highly analytical and organized colleague to support a variety of operational and project-related activities within a dynamic logistics environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring data accuracy, monitoring operational performance, supporting reporting activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You will work both for our inventory and customer service department.

Tasks:
•    Manage and validate operational data, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance;
•    Maintain and optimize briefing templates, master data, and system information;
•    Support KPI tracking, inventory reporting, and operational performance monitoring;
•    Coordinate project-related activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met;
•    Identify, investigate, and communicate production and process-related issues;
•    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization;
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, and VAS teams, to support daily business activities.

You bring
•    You just obtained your degree within accounting / administration or you have a first analytical experience;
•    You like working with numbers and data;
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
•    Advanced Excel knowledge, including: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros
•    Fluency in Dutch and English.
