About the role

As a Management Trainee at DSV, you will participate in a dynamic program designed to prepare you for a leadership role within our organization. Over the course of the traineeship, you will undertake challenging assignments across various departments, including warehouse operations, customer service, and general operations management. Our program is structured around learning on the job, mentorship, and targeted training to develop your leadership potential.

• Gain hands-on experience in key operational and managerial areas of our business.
• Work closely with experienced leaders to develop your leadership and decision-making skills.
• Lead small teams and take responsibility for process improvements, people management, and operational efficiency.
• After successfully completing the traineeship, transition into a leadership role such as Warehouse Supervisor, Customer Service Supervisor, or Operations Manager.

Are you the perfect fit?

• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, and a drive to lead;
• You recently obtained your bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in logistics, business management, or a related field;
• You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• You are eager to take on leadership responsibilities and develop into a future operations manager.
• You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
