General Responsibilities 主要工作职责 

According to group settlement policy , daily operate AR clearing cash management (OTC), close assist op team to resolve disputing issue. 

根据集团结算政策，负责日常应收账款的销账事宜，紧密协助操作部门解决此类帐单争议等问题。 

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责 

Responsible for uploading daily bank receipts. 

负责每天银行进账的导入工作。 

Clear the incoming payments of all banks timely and accurately  

在规定期限内，准确无误及时的根据银行进账对于AR 进行销账 

Settle accounts and adjust the payments according to the records 

根据记录结算账目并调整付款 

Upload the tax invoice information into SAP after collecting data every day 

每天及时准确的上传VAT税票信息到SAP 系统 

Complete bank related work and maintain communication (foreign exchange declaration & bank due diligence processes & provision of foreign currency related documents)  

完成银行相关工作并保持沟通（外汇申报、银行尽职调查流程以及提供外币相关文件）。 

Prepare regular AR report for management such as Cancellation & Credit Note report, Unbilled TAX report, Unknown report, ect. 

为管理层准备定期的应收账款报告，如发票取消报告、未开税票报告、进帐未知报告等。 

Address any disputes or queries raised by customers regarding their invoices 

解决客户就其发票提出的任何争议或疑问。 

Support other routine tasks assigned by finance manager and monthly closing tasks
