Would you like to be responsible for your own international key accounts and support customers from A to Z? At DSV Air & Sea in Hapert, you will have the opportunity to turn customer satisfaction into concrete results every day within the automotive and high-tech sectors.

Ensuring customer orders, shipments and warehouse processes run smoothly for international key accounts: you work on it.

 

How do you do this? As a customer service specialist, you are the main point of contact for our international customers within the automotive and high-tech sectors. You keep an overview, communicate quickly with customers, carriers and colleagues, and ensure that shipments are processed correctly, on time and according to agreement. You achieve this by:

  • maintaining daily contact with customers, international colleagues, carriers and internal departments regarding sea freight, road transport and express shipments;
  • organising and following up on inbound and outbound shipments to and from the warehouse;
  • monitoring correct inbound and outbound processes, stock levels and administrative processing in the warehouse management system;
  • resolving customer questions, deviations and operational challenges, ensuring clear communication and suitable solutions.

You bring

  • experience in a logistics environment, preferably in a customer service role;
  • a good command of the English language;
  • strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset, enabling you to switch quickly between customers and colleagues;
  • full-time availability and willingness to complete both a VOG and VGB screening.
