Move forward as Customer Service Representative at DSV in Haps

For our client, specialized in advanced nutrition products and active across Europe, you ensure optimal collaboration between the warehouse and the customer. Delivering maximum customer satisfaction by establishing smooth and efficient processes: you’re on it.


How will you do this? You are responsible for all administrative and planning activities for the customer. As a key link between our warehouse and the customer, you ensure that all order information is accurately recorded in our system, order progress is monitored, the planning for the logistics department is managed, and the client is informed in a timely manner.
Your contribution makes the difference in this dynamic environment. You achieve this by:

  • monitoring and prioritising orders, understanding that some orders are vital and always take priority;
  • aligning with the warehouse, customer and other stakeholders on planning, progress and changes;
  • processing orders, reports and administrative tasks in our systems;
  • proactively communicating via email and phone, mainly in English.

You bring

  • at least 2 years of experience within logistics, for example as an operations planner or customer service agent;
  • strong command of the English language, both spoken and written; Dutch is a plus;
  • experience with systems or the ability to learn them quickly, including Excel and PowerPoint;
  • an assertive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to think outside the box;
  • availability to work 40 hours per week fully on site in Haps; working from home is not possible and a driving licence is required due to the accessibility of the location.
