At our Haps location, we provide logistics services with advanced nutrition products for a client that holds quality in high regard. We work according to ISO 22000 based on HACCP and collaborate with the client on GMP+ certification: You’re on it.

How you do this? As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you are our advisor and the central point of contact on quality matters. You safeguard food safety within the site by identifying risks, keeping the HACCP plan up-to-date, and continuously contributing to process improvements. This is all done according to ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 13485, and GMP+ standards.

You ensure that the organisation complies with legal requirements related to food safety, as well as customer and internal requirements. To achieve this, you have daily contact with operations, management, and your counterpart at the client. You continuously work on improvement actions and projects, conduct internal audits, and coordinate and guide external audits and inspections by the NVWA and/or COKZ.

In this responsible and coordinating role, you lead the local food defence and safety team.. You achieve this by:

• developing, coordinating, and advising, as well as ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines;
• initiating and following up on preventive and corrective measures;
• daily contact with both the customer and all internal stakeholders.

Whether it’s optimising processes in the warehouse or celebrating successes together, your team is exceptional. You challenge each other every day! You are part of the regional QHSE team, report to the QHSE Manager or Supervisor, and support other DSV sites in the region as needed.

You bring

• excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders;
• proficiency in English and Dutch;
• knowledge of HACCP and relevant ISO standards;
• passion and enthusiasm for your field, and the ability to inspire others;
• proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics environment.
