Working in this department means that you’ll not only lead the team but also be actively involved in the process. You'll have the opportunity to develop both your organisational skills and practical experience, while directly contributing to the success of the team: you’re on it.

How you do this? You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently in the warehouse, where we supply products focused on Advanced Nutrition. You’ll lead a small team and ensure everyone works well together and performs their tasks effectively. You'll play a key role in coordinating daily tasks, but you're always ready to step in when extra hands are needed. In this role, you'll learn how to make quick decisions and further develop your organisational skills. You won’t be working solely behind a desk, but also hands-on with your team. You'll make sure the work gets done, but also keep an eye on the safety and wellbeing of your team members. You’ll achieve this by:

•    distributing the daily operational tasks and acting as the first point of contact for the 10 to 25 colleagues in your team;
•    timely identification of deviations and disruptions in work processes;
•    providing input for projects to improve our logistics processes and procedures;
•    ensuring compliance with legal, company, and safety regulations.

You bring

•    you are currently studying logistics, supply chain, or a related field and are looking for a part-time job for the weekend (flexible hours from 06:00 – 15:00, 15:00 – 22:00 or 15:00 – 23:00);
•    a motivation to master the profession and take on responsibility;
•    a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
