How you do this? As a team leader within Advanced Nutrition, you operate in an environment where food safety, process discipline and compliance with regulations are crucial. You ensure your shift works according to the highest quality standards and that all processes remain controlled and compliant. You achieve this by:

• dividing daily operational tasks and acting as the first point of contact for 20 to 25 colleagues in your team;
• strictly monitoring quality, hygiene and safety regulations in line with guidelines;
• identifying deviations in time and taking immediate corrective action to safeguard continuity and quality;
• providing input for projects aimed at improving our logistics processes and procedures.

You bring

• at least 2 years of leadership experience within a logistics environment, preferably within food, pharma or 3PL;
• knowledge of Lean and 5S is an advantage;
• experience working with strict procedures, audits and compliance regulations is a strong advantage;
• good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
