Job Req Number:  120223
Time Type: Full Time

Location: Denmark, Germany, Poland or the Netherlands

Are you motivated by creating structure, enabling learning, and driving real impact across borders?

We are looking for two profiles to join our global Road Business STAR Implementation team – at either Business Support Specialist or Senior Business Support Specialist level, depending on your experience and seniority.

Your responsibilities and impact

In this role, you will help shape and scale how STAR training is structured, delivered, and governed across DSV Road. You will play a key role in supporting the transition from a rollout-driven training model to a scalable, business-owned training capability. Your contribution will directly impact how effectively countries adopt STAR – and how we ensure consistency, quality, and long-term success across operations.

You will join the Business Support function within the global Road Business STAR Implementation organisation, working closely with STAR Center of Excellence and Business Transformation, Road PDD (global and local), Road IT, as well as with the rollout teams across countries.

The team operates across Europe, driving end-to-end rollout, adoption, and standardisation of STAR.

Depending on your level of experience, your focus will vary between execution, coordination, and driving structure and governance across the training landscape.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Support and/or execute the STAR training transition across all phases
  • Help establish and maintain a structured training framework, including templates and governance
  • Coordinate and/or execute  training activities across stakeholders in Road both on global and country level
  • Develop, maintain and improve training materials and knowledge hub content
  • Support implementation of a structured release → impact → training update process
  • Contribute to tracking, governance, and alignment of training across countries
  • Support development of business trainer capabilities and training quality

As a Senior Business Support Specialist, you will also:

  • Drive standardisation and scalability of the training framework
  • Contribute to governance models and structured processes
  • Analyse feedback across countries to identify improvements and best practices
  • Act as a key coordination point across multiple stakeholders and workstreams

What you bring

We are looking for candidates who bring a structured and collaborative mindset and want to grow within an international environment, including:

  • A solid understanding of transport and logistics operations, combined with a people- and user-centric mindset and an interest in learning and development
  • Experience working with training, learning, or enablement activities
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across stakeholders and functions
  • A structured, detail-oriented and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • Strong English skills (written and spoken)

Depending on seniority, you may also bring:

  • Experience from rollout or implementation projects, and familiarity with governance frameworks or structured processes
  • Experience analysing feedback, driving continuous improvement, and working with knowledge management tools (e.g. SharePoint)

The role(s) will include travel activity across countries in connection with training preparation and execution.

Why join DSV

At DSV, your work contributes to keeping global supply chains in motion. You will be part of a global organisation where collaboration across borders is part of everyday work – and where your contribution helps build capabilities that scale across countries.

You will join a team with strong collaboration, clear purpose, and the opportunity to shape how training is delivered and sustained globally.

Ready to make an impact?

Apply today and become part of a team that is building the foundation for how STAR training is structured, scaled, and sustained across DSV Road.

We review applications on an ongoing basis and encourage you to apply early. Please note that while the application deadline is 19 July 2026, we may close the position sooner if we find the right candidate.

No cover letter needed; just include a short motivation in your CV. If you would like to know more about the role, you are welcome to contact Erna Hoeymakers, Senior Manager at erna.joosten@dsv.com
