Do you want to be on board from the very beginning of a massive change project affecting customers, partners and colleagues all over in the Road Division? And are you thrilled by creating structure in a constantly changing environment?

A new team in a supportive organisation
You will join the Customers & Partners team which covers the processes of electronic exchange of data between customers/partners and DSV Road global tools. We are a part of the BCM department based at the DSV HQ in Hedehusene, with colleagues working remotely in Europe.

Your main responsibility will be to support the rollout of our new way of working where you have the technical overview of our integrations. You will cover the process of electronic exchange of data between customers/partners and DSV Road global tools.

Your responsibilities

  • Drive and oversee the change, standardization, and implementation of all customer interfaces for data exchange. 
  • Be part of solving the technical challenges with existing integrations
  • Ensure that the local managers, customers, and subcontractors are on board with the implementation of the customer interfaces. 

An assertive and experienced change manager with a holistic approach
You are motivated by working in a constantly changing environment, and you have a systematic yet flexible approach that will make you adapt easily to unexpected issues. To avoid as many of these as possible, you are proactive and confident in speaking your mind. 

You enjoy having many social interactions during a regular working day and are good at spreading our motivation and enthusiasm about the project to others. 

Professionally speaking, we imagine that:

  • You have good analytical skills to support the rollout
  • You have good knowledge of IT integration
  • Know of IT contract management
  • It will be an advantage if you have experience with transportation and/or logistics
  • Ability to work independently, as well as maintain a positive working relationship with the rest of the team
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress in the change process.
