Do you want to play a key role in driving business transformation and standardisation across one of the world's largest transport and logistics networks?

We are looking for a Business Change Manager to join our global Road Business Transformation team, focusing on the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of Standard Business Processes (SBPs) and the STAR eco-system across DSV Road, especially in direct business.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, technology, and change management – helping countries assess current ways of working, identify improvement opportunities, and support successful implementation of business processes and digital solutions across Europe.

Your responsibilities and impact

As a Business Change Manager, you will play a key role in supporting DSV Road's transformation journey by driving process standardisation, transparency, and operational excellence across countries.

You will become part of the global Road Business Transformation organisation, working closely with Road COO Office, PDD, Road IT, country management teams, and implementation stakeholders across Europe.

You will assess business process maturity, identify gaps between current operations and global standards, and support countries in implementing sustainable improvements with a focus on direct and groupage business.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Execute business assessments and GAP analyses across countries to identify deviations from Standard Business Processes
  • Facilitate discussions with local stakeholders and management teams to agree on improvement actions and implementation plans
  • Drive follow-up activities to ensure agreed actions are implemented and business process standards are adopted
  • Create transparency through reporting, dashboards, and analysis of business process maturity and implementation progress
  • Support the rollout and adoption of STAR applications and business transformation initiatives across the Road division
  • Collaborate with Business, IT, PDD, PMO, and country stakeholders to align business needs and transformation priorities
  • Contribute to demand management activities and support the continuous development of business improvement initiatives
  • Support training, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities from a business perspective
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of implementation methodologies, reporting frameworks, and Standard Business Processes

The role includes regular travel across Europe to support country assessments, stakeholder workshops, and implementation activities.

What you bring

We are looking for a structured and proactive professional who enjoys working in an international environment and is motivated by driving change through collaboration, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

We expect that you bring:

  • Experience with business transformation, business process improvement, change management, or implementation projects
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Sound knowhow about the European direct and groupage business
  • Flexibility to travel regularly through Europe to support transformation and implementation
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders in an international organisation
  • A collaborative and consultative mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution
  • Sound understanding of transport, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken

It would be a plus if you also have:

  • Experience with business process standardisation or operational excellence initiatives
  • Experience supporting system implementations, digital transformation programmes, or organisational change initiatives
  • Additional European language skills

Why join DSV
