Joining us at our HQ in Hedehusene, you become part of our international BCM Finance team. Here, you will gain 15 specialist colleagues working together from different locations across the world to handle financial changes within our vibrant, growing and ever-changing organisation.

Become the BCM Finance go-to person

As Business Change Manager, you can look forward to performing change management as an integrated part of finance projects facilitating the implementation of new processes and systems.  More specifically, you will handle requests for changes from Group functions and other parts of the organisation and coordinate and lead projects within the team. 

 

Doing so, you will be taking on a key role within the team and collaborating closely with the team’s director as you manage meetings and keep an ever-vigilant overview of tickets and workstreams.

 

Your key tasks include:

  • Driving standard process and system coverage
  • Identifying and coordinating process improvements
  • Developing standards for recurring work
  • Onboarding and coordinating training of team members
  • Serving as the single point of contact for SRQ processes and taking ownership of the BCM data catalogue

 

A solid understanding of processes and good coordination skills

You are known for your strong attention to detail, apt coordination skills and ability to handle short deadlines. In addition, you know how to set a clear direction, care about the well-being of others, build solid relationships, and aptly network across departments, divisions, countries and cultures. 

 

With a keen eye for spotting improvements, you take initiative, and you know how to use analysis to identify the root cause of problems.

 

Also, we imagine that you:

  • Have 4+ years of experience in finance and a solid understanding of standard accounting/finance/reporting processes 
  • Have experience in a global, corporate environment 
  • Have experience working with projects and a solid understanding of project management tools and best practice
  • Understand IT-related issues
  • Have an understanding of SAP ERP templates
  • Speak and write English fluently
