Join an ambitious team of Groupage Network specialists
As part of the Groupage Network team located at our headquarters in Hedehusene, you will be working together with six likeminded colleagues locally, but you will be part of a larger global team. We are a diverse group of specialists with different backgrounds, but we all share a joint passion for our clients.

Help build optimal operational setups
In this position you will get the opportunity to take part of international groupage tenders for existing and potential new DSV customers. You will be working closely with the Groupage Network specialists and our commercial organization.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be working closely with the other analysts and advisors in the teams. You will take lead on creating the needed operational setups (e.g. traffic route design and transport optimization problems) related to specific customer projects as well as supplying unique operational setups for potential large groupage customers

Your tasks include:

  • Analyse tender material and understand the customers’ needs
  • Create the operational foundation for which our sales should price
  • Create operational handbooks (Service level agreements) for the groupage network to follow
  • Create performance follow up together with our reporting team
  • Business handover and implementation


An operational talent with a passion for quality and performance
The typical candidate previous experience from a road transport company with exceptional results in the fields of business development, transport, and logistics. The right candidate is a team player with a strong drive, takes initiative and thrives in a changing environment with an acute sense of detail and a motivation towards understanding customers’ needs and challenges. 

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:

  • You have 3-6 years of experience from a similar position
  • You have great analytical skills
  • You know Excel and PowerPoint like the back of your hand
  • You have experience in doing operational setups
  • You have excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • You speak and write English fluently
  • Familiarity with optimization theory
