The Business Operations Excellence team within Enterprise Business Development (EBD) at DSV is looking for a motivated Business Relationship Manager to join us at our Hedehusene office.

Enterprise Business Development consists of more than 350 colleagues globally, and our Business Operations Excellence team is dedicated to creating transparency, improving ways of working, and optimizing the operational backbone of the department.

Our work spans areas such as overseeing department financials, process optimization, stakeholder management, cross-team collaboration, and digital enablement and you will be right at the center of it.

Your Role
As our new Business Relationship Manager, you will work closely with the Manager of Business Operations Excellence team and Senior Business Relationship Manager. Your responsibilities will include a mix of recurring tasks and exciting ad-hoc projects, such as:

• Drive the coordination of budget activities, including collecting stakeholder inputs and supporting financial planning processes.
• Oversee the correct setup and maintenance of cost centers and financial structures to enable accurate reporting and transparent budget follow-up.
• Oversee and advise on department resource allocation.
• Support the Integration Track Lead with various reports and data analysis.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to ensure alignment between business expectations and IT/service outcomes.
• Review and facilitate requests coming through the inbound process within the EBD vertical.
• Ensure that standards, frameworks, guidelines, and procedures originating from the department are well-written, easily accessible, and known by the target audience.
• Assist with or coordinate ad-hoc projects.

• Experience in a larger IT organization is an advantage, particularly in areas such as project management, business partnering, or similar roles.
