Welcome to global Commercial Business Partnering – a key strategic component
Based at our HQ in Hedehusene, you will become part of Group Finance and join our global Commercial Business Partnering team. We work closely with the commercial organisation, delivering high-quality customer reporting and sales KPIs built on a strong and reliable data foundation.
We maintain and develop reporting on our largest customers by analysing data and monitoring customer hierarchies, working closely with stakeholders across commercial, finance, and strategy. In this role, you will work with reporting and insights for some of DSV’s largest customers, including several of the world’s leading companies. Our reports are important tools for top management, providing valuable customer insights and supporting strategic decision-making.

Leave your mark on commercial business partnering
Joining a small, high-impact team working closely with Group Management, you will have a strong opportunity to shape your role and influence our deliveries. Your main objective will be to prepare monthly reports, continuously improve our outputs, and analyse customer data to provide high-quality insights and service to commercial stakeholders and top management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and deliver monthly customer reports to divisional and Group Management in Power BI
- Analyse customer data and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations for commercial stakeholders
- Drive process improvement initiatives with key stakeholders to strengthen data quality, governance, and the value of our commercial reporting
- Develop Power BI reporting that supports KPI transparency and enables a clear performance overview
- Monitor master data and take ownership of master data definitions and commercial customer hierarchies

A dedicated and analytical mindset and sound business acumen
To succeed in this role, you are able to work independently and immerse yourself in your tasks, while also being a collaborative team player who enjoys engaging with colleagues across commercial and finance functions. You are curious by nature and motivated to analyse and understand data in order to challenge the status quo and help drive change. Just as importantly, you value teamwork and understand that we achieve the best results together.
We imagine that you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, business, economics, or a related field
- Have a few years of experience from a similar role, for example within consulting, business controlling, or financial controlling
- Bring strong Excel skills
- Have experience with Power BI or other BI tools – although this is not a requirement
- Speak and write English effortlessly, as English is our corporate language
