Joining Group Credit, you will become part of our Global Credit Management team. Doing so, you step into a committed and highly specialised work environment where you and experienced credit colleagues are responsible for the credit management framework for our many locations around the globe.

The core team in Group Credit consists of 6 colleagues based at our HQ in Hedehusene, Greater Copenhagen, who work closely with colleagues throughout the regions. In addition we have a team in Bucharest, Romania to support on selected large customers on A/R. Further you become part of the broader global credit community within the group.

Set the pace for our credit risk management 

As a credit Controller you will be participating in the daily tasks within the team, such as making credit management recommendations based on the conditions of the individual markets. Doing so, you will be working closely with local credit managers to understand their business requirements before turning these into tools and processes. In short, your key tasks will be to:

• Support our subsidiaries in terms of credit management and working capital optimisation
• Internal controlling on credit management
• Assist making credit assessments of strategic customers
• Advise local credit managers on day-to-day collections and credit risk management
• Ensure that we adhere to our global group policies

This position would take you travelling for approx. 2-4 days per month.

Business acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills

Bringing with you solid business acumen and an analytical approach to every task you meet, you are ready to navigate the world of credit management.

Also, you are the right fit for this position because you are known for your engaging and clear-cut communication style, not to mention your ability to hold your own when interacting with senior stakeholders.

We imagine that you:

• Hold a degree in business administration or similar
• Have experience from a similar position, preferably with credit management, within a large organisation – it is a plus if you have experience withing banking or finance
• Can make convincing, informative and intricate PowerPoint presentations to help get your message across
• Know your way around a spreadsheet in Excel, and you are no stranger to SAP
• Speak and write English fluently
