In this role, you will help shape a new global agenda for Parcel, with marketing becoming a key enabler of commercial growth. You will work closely with country managers and teams across the world, gaining exposure to diverse markets while building a narrative and marketing approach that drives real, measurable impact.

As part of our global function, you will play a central role in shaping and executing marketing and communication initiatives that support our vision for Parcel across all markets. You will oversee the full spectrum from strategic planning to digital execution — while ensuring our global narrative remains consistent, compelling, and aligned.
Your key tasks will include:
Digital marketing & global communications
- Drive the global marketing strategy for Parcel, with a strong focus on sales activation as we move into 2026.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns that strengthen our market presence and support key commercial priorities, in close collaboration with DSV’s Global Marketing team
- Act as the go-to for digital marketing, bringing expertise in lead generation, performance channels, content strategy, analytics.
- Support with developing materials that help both internal and external stakeholders understand our value proposition.
- Support with ensuring a clear global communication strategy, maintaining consistency in messaging, tone, and positioning across all global touchpoints.
Global Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with global and regional leaders to support cross-market initiatives.
- Partner with local markets to guide and align their marketing plans, helping them elevate their initiatives through global best practices.
- Build and manage relationships across a large, decentralised organisation—ensuring strong alignment between countries and HQ.
- Provide toolkits, content, and strategic guidance to local country teams to enhance and scale their marketing activities.
Moreover, you will have a few annual travel days across Europe, where you will engage with local stakeholders.
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- At least 3+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in a global or regional corporate setting.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar areas.
- Comfortable navigating a large, complex organisation with decentralised teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate, influence, and drive alignment.
- A strategic mindset paired with a willingness to execute hands-on tasks and work independently
- Proactivity, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Bonus: Experience using AI tools to enhance performance marketing, lead generation or workflow optimisation.
