A strategic role at the heart of Enterprise Business Development
Enterprise Business Development is DSV’s organization focusing on some of the most transformative digital initiatives in the Group, enabling DSV to act as one digital enterprise, connecting data, intelligence across divisions, customers, systems and geographies.
To support this, DSV will appoint a Director to lead Technology Partnerships. This role is focused on owning and shaping how DSV engages with external technology providers across special projects, consulting engagements, and strategic collaborations. The objective is to ensure that partnerships are structured, governed, and executed in a way that delivers tangible business value and supports DSV’s long-term technology direction.
The role reports to the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business Development and is anchored in Global IT. Location is DSV headquarters in Hedehusene, near Copenhagen.
Drive enterprise-wide impact through strategic technology partnerships, enabling innovation and value creation across DSV’s full value chain
You will take ownership of how DSV engages with some of its external technology partners, ensuring clarity, consistency, and value realization across all engagements.
More specifically, you will:

- Drive end-to-end ownership of relationships with key technology partners, including consulting firms, vendors, and strategic providers
- Oversee ongoing engagements across projects and programs, ensuring alignment with DSV priorities, clear scope definition, and delivery against agreed outcomes
- Establish and enforce governance models for external engagements, including ways of working, performance tracking, and escalation paths
- Act as the central point of coordination between Global IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on expectations, priorities, and deliverables
- Shape and structure new engagements, including defining scope, commercials, and collaboration models together with procurement and leadership
- Ensure consistent evaluation of partner performance and value realization across initiatives
- Identify opportunities to optimize the partner landscape, reduce fragmentation, and strengthen strategic relationships where it matters
Technology Partnerships leader with a track record of turning strategic collaborations into tangible business impact across the value chain
You bring experience working at the intersection of technology delivery and external partnerships, with a strong understanding of how to manage vendors in complex environments.
To succeed in this role, you bring:

- 5-7 years of experience managing external technology partners, consulting engagements, or vendor relationships in large-scale organisations
- Strong understanding of how technology projects are structured and delivered, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or similarly complex industries
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders, balancing commercial, technical, and operational considerations
- A track record of ensuring accountability and value delivery from external partners
- Strategic vision, operational precision and proven ability in navigating complex organisations
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to challenge constructively and drive alignment
- Integrity, stamina and authenticity under pressure
- Consultancy mindset and a proven toolbox that allows you to convey solutions across all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to connect emerging technologies to strategic business objectives
- Strong business acumen and a strong understanding of value drivers in the logistics industry
