Anchored in Global IT, Enterprise Business Development focuses on some of the most transformative digital initiatives in the Group, enabling DSV to act as one digital enterprise, connecting data, intelligence across divisions, customers, systems and geographies. To realise this ambition, we are now looking for a Director to lead Enterprise Platforms – ensuring scalable, interoperable, and future-ready data capabilities that power analytics, AI, and core business systems.  

Deliver Enterprise-Wide Impact Through Platform Leadership

Your most important deliverable will be to establish a structured, future-ready platform ecosystem that enables analytics, AI, and digital innovation at scale. You will build and lead a high-performing global team, govern the enterprise platform portfolio, and ensure architectural alignment and technical excellence across the organisation.

More specifically, you will:

• Define and execute the enterprise platform strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with DSV’s business objectives and continuous evolution of capabilities for competitive advantage
• Lead and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary platform organization, driving excellence across engineering, data, and operations while shaping the workforce to meet future capability needs
• Own and steer the enterprise platform portfolio, setting priorities, and ensuring all investments deliver measurable business and customer value
• Ensure architectural alignment and technical excellence, partnering with Enterprise Architecture to deliver scalable, resilient, and interoperable platforms across the DSV ecosystem
• Optimise sourcing and technology partnerships, balancing in-house development and external vendors to maximize agility, cost efficiency, and strategic control
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, communicating platform strategy, roadmap progress, and performance outcomes to drive enterprise-wide alignment and support
  
  

Experienced Technology Leader with Global Platform Expertise

You are a strategic and trusted leader with deep technical insight and the ability to navigate complex organisations. You bring experience in managing enterprise-level technology environments and translating corporate strategy into scalable platform solutions.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise technology, data platforms, or digital infrastructure leadership
• Proven success in leading global, complex technology environments with high integration demands
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and interoperability principles
• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data stack technologies
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and govern large-scale platform roadmaps
• Background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain technology preferred
• Strategic vision, operational precision and proven ability in navigating complex organisations
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to challenge constructively and drive alignment
• Integrity, stamina and authenticity under pressure
• A consultancy mindset and a proven toolbox that allows you to convey solutions across all levels of an organisation
