Join us and help drive change management activities in a dynamic global organization, supporting our business in running large scale projects from idea to implementation

 

You will get to play an integral role in our well-established Change Management Office, supporting our project managers and senior stakeholders securing people focus on the projects.

 

Enabling project success with effective Change management 

You will become part of an international PMO with 80+ highly professional colleagues – spanning 27 nationalities. 40 of us work from our headquarter facilities in Hedehusene, Denmark, and this is where you will join us.

 

In the PMO you will find the Change Management Office (CMO). We are responsible for securing change management focus on all of the strategic projects in the Group PMO pipeline

Change management professional and consultant mindset

As change manager in our CMO, you will get to determine which activities are required on the project, and through alignment and cooperation with key stakeholders, structure these activities in a plan and ensure they are actioned.

 

Your success will depend on your ability to take on a consultant mindset as you will be responsible for designing and delivering change management strategy and plans and enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications. You will be responsible for conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify and mobilise key stakeholders. In doing so you will be developing and executing a change strategy that is integrated with the project journey toward successful adoption.

 

You will spend most of your time participating in different projects as you:

  • Support our Project Managers in ensuring people focus on the projects.
  • Structure the change management approach and communicate potential risks in a format that our Project Managers and key stakeholders recognise.
  • Communicate change progress to all relevant stakeholders; to ensure buy-in and trust.
  • Identify barriers to change and design interventions and actions that will facilitate a smooth transformation.
  • Help define and continuously improve our change management framework (we use the Prosci ADKAR® model) and embed it in the transformational work.

 

Change manager and excellent communicator

The change manager role requires good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to build and maintain business relationships. You can stand your ground and know how to manoeuvrer across the organisation as you adapt the way to pitch the change management activities to the context and stakeholder needs.

 

“You must be resilient and able to manage a variety of stakeholders, create transparency, listen, and find ways to guide and accommodate project stakeholders in the change process. This means you should be able to sell and facilitate the CM approach and be prepared to adjust the pitch and ambition level accordingly,” explains Kira.

 

Below is an outline of the preferred experiences on your CV:

  • You have 5+ years of experience working with a change framework such as Prosci ADKAR® methodology at a conceptual, strategic, and operational level.
  • You have experience executing change management activities in organization-wide strategic, complex, and cross functional transformation programmes and are familiar supporting both agile and waterfall project approaches. 
  • You demonstrate excellent communication skills, allowing you to make complex material easily digestible, and are also able to conceptualise these messages in visualisations.
  • You have a global perspective and experience working cross-culturally.
  • You have project manager experience, with Agile or Prince2 based project models, can produce outlines, and plans for Change Management tracks in projects.
  • You are fluent in English.
