Welcome to HQ in Hedehusene

You will join our Group QHSE team, which consists of 4 colleagues who are based at our HQ in Hedehusene, Denmark, where we also expect you to work from. Together, we work with best practices, continuous improvements, ISO standards, KPI´s, policy updating and much more, ensuring clear governance across DSV to ensure we meet ISO requirements and national regulations.


We engage with a wide range of stakeholders across our entire organisation, from top management and colleagues in other group functions to local management and operations.


End-to-end process owner

As our new Global process owner in QHSE, you will support our digital journey for good document management and incident reporting. You will manage the associated process, ensuring that best practices are implemented and clearly communicated across the organisation.


Additionally, you will be deeply engaged in our enterprise risk management process, including identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks across DSV.

More specifically, you will:

  • Drive our digital QMS journey and maintain our global end-to-end process descriptions in alignment with key stakeholders
  • Handle risk management integration and hence, ensure successful enterprise risk management processes
  • Oversee and continuously improve the global processes, ensuring DSV best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant management standards (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 27001, and 31000)
  • Support internal and external audit management
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from group functions and operational specialists


It’s important to understand, that we work with a high-level approach, as we do not work with “one size fits all” across our operations.  – our role is to outline how to interpret and meet requirements and standards. Then it’s up to each business entity to apply it in their own way,” says Director of QHSE, Helle Riis.


Experience with process mapping and risk management

With your solid experience and in-depth knowledge of QHSE processes, communication, and stakeholder management skills, you are great at navigating in a multicultural setting where you interact with colleagues at all professional levels. By using your analytical and holistic approach, you can also persuade your audience to understand the processes and guidelines you are responsible for.


Furthermore, you have a proactive approach with the ability to work independently, and we imagine that you:

  • Have some years of process management experience within QMS, including HSE management systems
  • Have risk management skills on an enterprise level
  • Know your way around the ISO world – understanding how a global company works with those standards
  • Most likely have experience from either the service industry or the transport and logistics industry
  • Have English proficiency
