Help make our customers’ supply chains greener and more efficient
Stepping into the brand-new role as a green logistics specialist, you will be working to develop and promote our GL services. You will work closely with colleagues and customers to ensure that our GL services are in sync with customer needs.
Putting your theoretical knowledge into practice, you will:
- Maintain and develop our GL service portfolio and sales materials
- Support sales colleagues with subject matter expertise related to GL
- Plan and execute training sessions for green logistics ambassadors and the commercial organisation
- Write newsletters to keep the commercial organisation up to date on the latest trends and developments within GL
- Coordinate with other DSV GL stakeholders to ensure that the GL service is up to date
- Help develop version 2 of our GL services
- Prepare monthly management reports
You are passionate about reducing CO2 emissions by rethinking logistics and supply chain
We welcome candidates with different backgrounds, whether you have prior experience in green logistics and the 3PL industry, or whether you are a recent graduate. What matters most is your enthusiasm for learning and your passion for helping customers decarbonise their logistics and supply chains.
We do imagine that you:
- Bring a relevant degree e.g. an M.Sc. in sustainability/marketing/supply chain management
- Possess a strong commercial understanding and drive
- Feel comfortable engaging with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Speak and write English fluently
