Join a collaborative team with high impact
You will join 9 other colleagues in Data and Systems Maintenance, right at the interface between IT and business, where we collaborate to ensure governance. And even though we are geographically spread out across China, Germany, Poland, and Denmark, we still think and act as one team.

Own our master data management systems, ensure governance, and enhance our business
Owning both current and legacy master data management systems, including SAP S/4 MDG, ERP, and in-house developed systems, you will be mainly responsible for system integration and test management.
You will work closely with IT, data owners, and system specialists to align processes and technical solutions, as you translate business requirements into integration needs. At the same time, you bridge business and IT to create compliant solutions that support our strategic priorities as a business. This means that you will collaborate with colleagues from different divisions, including Global Business Services, country offices, and downstream system owners.
Some of your tasks will be to:
- Coordinate and oversee the establishment of SAP MDG data integrations with downstream systems, ensuring stable and timely data flows across the enterprise
- Own and improve our test processes, methodologies, and standards, coordinate tests, ensure audit‑ready testing practices, and maintain and update test documentation
- Analyse current business processes, identify and document current business requirements and objectives, develop and present solutions, and monitor and evaluate their effectiveness
- Conduct audits, gather lessons learned, and implement improvements with an emphasis on standardisation and automation
- Ensure extensive documentation and identify, manage, and mitigate risks to relevant processes
Experienced process owner with equal knowledge of tech and people
You proactively seek the knowledge you need to stay abreast, both technically and organisationally. This, combined with your ability to plan and structure your efforts, helps you drive change rather than be driven by it.
You understand the importance of governance for the entire business, which enables you to stand firm when needed in your collaboration with various stakeholders. At the same time, you are curious to understand others’ perspectives and know how to create constructive dialogue.
Furthermore, we imagine that you:
- Have experience with system integration, EDI, and data flows, enabling you to understand data structures and technical connections between different systems
- Have experience working with test management and knowledge of the planning, execution, and documentation stages
- Have knowledge of master data, data governance, and master data systems – preferably experience with SAP S/4 MDG
- Have experience with project and process management
- Can communicate about highly technical topics with a variety of stakeholders and adjust your level of detail accordingly
