You will join 14 colleagues in the Business Partner Department within Master Data Management. Here, each of us owns our processes end-to-end, with a clear focus on digitalization and automation.

You own the processes surrounding banking and fraud
You will be responsible for defining governance for our banking and fraud processes to ensure consistently high data quality. As the business owner of the vendor portal (VP), you are also responsible for its maintenance and continuous improvements, as well as ensuring the onboarding of all vendors.
You will, among other things:
- Create, implement, and maintain standards, processes, data dictionaries, and other documentation around banks, fraud, and the VP
- Manage data quality by defining, creating, and implementing appropriate qualitative and quantitative measures – while also identifying and mitigating risks and root causes of reduced quality
- Audit and train our Global Business Services to ensure governance is followed, and collaborate to gather lessons learned and implement improvements, with emphasis on standardisation and automation
- Improve fraud prevention in collaboration with Compliance, various finance teams, and our country offices
- Implement new legal requirements and screen the market for potential partners who can assist in these processes
You are a process owner with an understanding of finance
You thrive on diving into details, while at the same time being energized by working in a changeable and fast-paced environment, where collaboration with various stakeholders is the key to success.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Have experience with customer, vendor, bank, IC, and various other business partner-related master data management processes – and are well-versed in the world of finance
- Have experience mapping, describing, and improving processes using various methodologies
- Might bring an understanding of SAP and auditing, but this is not a requirement
- Perhaps have experience with Six Sigma or Lean
- Speak and write English fluently – Danish is not a requirement
