In Enterprise Transformation, part of DSV Global IT, we are +180 colleagues spread across the globe and our work centres around helping the DSV business and IT colleagues create more value through digital initiatives.
 

Design and drive community of practice and standards across business IT
Based in our HQ in Hedehusene, you will be responsible for the Solution Architecture unit. Together with the team, you will have a pivotal role ensuring the digital evolution of our enterprise.

Design the overall landscape of Business IT and the digital platform
Solution Architecture is working on digital products, data products, applications, service mesh and data mesh architecture. Your team will be responsible for ideation stage rationalisation, bringing forward design papers with the requisite level of detail to construct requisite teams and projects and assign features and requirements to these and existing application teams across the organisation.

The team must build capabilities to execute on and support/guide in data architecture and design. This includes software architecture, down to implementation level design. Overall, your responsibility is to build a vision for the platform, identify how we get there and then make it happen. And you will have the creative freedom and independence to shape how you work. Doing so, you will build a large internal network, from top management to developers, peers, and team members.

You will lead and develop your team to ensure a culture of innovation and proactive initiatives while delivering high-quality solutions. In addition, you will work with the team to define and continuously improve your ways of working with solution architecture. 

In addition, you will spend your days:

• Acting as ambassador for the Solution Architecture community
• Managing communication towards and from the organisation around the Solution Architecture team

Experienced leader and strong communicator
You have combined your experience designing enterprise IT solutions with leadership roles, where leading leaders and communicating at all levels of an organisation have been vital to your success.  

In addition, we imagine that you:

• Are well-versed in structuring plans for activities and then delivering – both individually and within a team
• Excel at stakeholder management 
• Are able to identify key information and have the ability to simplify complex information
• Have a delivery and service-oriented mindset. 
• Possess expert knowledge in building and designing IT and data driven solutions.

You can expect to have some travel days in Europe.
