Join an experienced and supportive team

Based at our HQ in Hedehusene, you will join 7 colleagues in our centralized IT Procurement team within Group Procurement, assisting dedicated procurement managers in strategic IT procurement initiatives for DSV globally.

With time, you will be able to work end-to-end

As our new IT Procurement Manager, you will contribute to various projects and investments, learning how to ensure our commercial interests are protected. This also entails collaborating with the team to learn best practices and contribute to process improvements. And when you are ready, you will be able to work on initiatives and projects independently.

Moreover, you will help build and maintain relationships with IT stakeholders and key suppliers, as you:

• Assist in preparing and organizing RFx (Request for X) processes for IT projects.
• Support the implementation of procurement strategies for IT hardware, software, cloud services, and telecommunications.
• Help maintain and update procurement documentation and processes.
• Attend regular meetings with IT stakeholders, including VPs, CIO, and key IT suppliers.
• Assist in developing and maintaining vendor categories and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures by reviewing documentation.

Experience or an interest in IT, procurement, or business administration

We are looking for a new colleague who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive. And you are a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks effectively. You will start off being a supporting function to the team, so it is crucial that you are organized and reliable in handling administrative and preparatory tasks. Your ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, international environment will be key to your success in this role.

Finally, we imagine that you have:

• Some relevant experience or a strong interest in IT, procurement, or business administration.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Solid analytical and organizational skills.
• A basic understanding of procurement processes, though this is merely a plus.
