Based at our HQ in Hedehusene, you'll be an integral part of the centralized IT Procurement team within Group Procurement. Here, you will be working alongside dedicated procurement managers, driving strategic IT procurement initiatives for DSV globally.

Work end-to-end with strategic IT procurement initiatives

As our new IT Procurement Manager, you will build and nurture relationships with top IT stakeholders and key suppliers, adding significant value to our business. This entails participating in regular meetings with IT VPs, CIO, and key IT suppliers. You will also challenge our IT department with projects and investments to ensure our commercial interests are always protected.

Specifically, you will:

• Lead RFx processes for strategic IT projects.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for IT hardware, software, cloud services, and telecommunications to optimize cost, quality, and overall delivery.
• Enhance procurement processes to secure strong negotiation positions.
• Develop and maintain categories and contracts with strategic enterprise vendors.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

You bring extensive experience in IT procurement

We are looking for a strategic thinker and a proactive frontrunner. As you will have a significant mandate and direct access to top management, it is crucial that you are confident in utilizing this influence to drive strategic decisions and shape the future of our procurement activities. Your ability to navigate complex procurement landscapes and drive negotiation with confidence will be key to your success in this role. Moreover, you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and are a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities effectively.

Finally, we imagine that you have:

• Extensive experience in IT procurement.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing strategies, processes, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A proven ability to lead and collaborate within a global team.
• Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
