Software Asset Management – operating across the globe
Based at our HQ in Hedehusene, you become part of Software Asset Management. Here you will be met by an international team of vendor managers operating across the globe. Our team members work from different locations and range in age from 24 to 72 offering a unique blend of experience and fresh perspectives.

Maximise the value of our agreements
As a Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for contract and vendor management, focusing on meeting stakeholder needs and expectations. Doing so, you will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from internal colleagues to external suppliers—big and small, worldwide.
Your aim is to ensure that we make the most of our vendor agreements. By keeping your finger on the pulse of our needs and opportunities, you will negotiate the best terms and ensure strategic vendor performance.
Your main tasks will include:
- Overseeing strategic and high-risk vendors
- Upholding contractual terms and obligations
- Managing obligations, mitigating risks, and ensuring vendor compliance
- Problem-solving to anticipate commercial risks and issues related to vendor agreements
- Ensuring stakeholders at all levels (operational, tactical, strategic) are engaged effectively
Experience with vendor and contract management
You have a proactive mindset and an analytical approach to identifying and addressing contractual issues. Your excellent communication skills, ensure that you can engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Additionally, you:
- Bring several years of experience in IT Contract/Vendor/License Management or IT Procurement with a focus on managing commercial relationships and mitigating risks
- Have a deep understanding of contract management principle
- Have expertise in tools like PM and ITIL, along with solid skills in MS Office
- Have a data-driven mindset, with the ability to spot patterns in data and turn them into actionable insights
- Speak and write English effortlessly
