Welcome to Architecture & Integration

Residing in Global IT and more specifically Group & Enterprise Applications (GEA), we are 12 colleagues as well as external consultants handling all applications at Group level (Finance, People & Organization, Commercial, Customs, and others). With each Group area having dedicated domain architects, you will work closely with Uffe to support these architects on governance and strategic direction.

Define and safeguard architecture strategy and governance framework

Based in the DSV HQ in Hedehusene, Denmark, you will be responsible for defining and safeguarding the GEA IT architecture strategy and governance framework, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture, business goals, and DSV IT standards.

Moreover, you will provide strategic direction for operational, security, and compliance architecture, and drive architectural consistency, scalability, security, and risk mitigation across GEA domains. Your aim is to enable efficient delivery and lifecycle governance by bridging Enterprise Architecture and Domain Architects, and by guiding integration and portfolio decisions.

Specifically, you will:

• Define, maintain, and communicate GEA Target Architecture, standards, guardrails, and roadmaps
• Govern solution design quality: review and safeguard SDDs; submit for approval via the formal design/approval process
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Domain Architects, Application Portfolio & LifeCycle Management, and Integration Delivery to ensure consistency, scalability, and readiness
• Drive the process for introducing new capabilities in GEA from early planning to deployment and ensure a smooth transition to Domain Architects for ongoing operations

Extensive experience in enterprise/solution architecture

We are looking for a colleague who enjoys the balancing act of working in detail while also thinking long-term and strategically. You are able to see changes through, managing a wide array of stakeholders, and you find it interesting to be a part of setting the bar for your area.

We imagine you bring:

• Extensive experience within enterprise or solution architecture in global and complex organizations
• Solid background in architecture governance, standards, and target architecture development
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, API/messaging, application/data architecture, security by design, and non functional requirements
• Familiarity with ALM, Agile, DevOps, and cloud (Azure) in an enterprise context
• The ability to communicate clearly and align diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in English
