Job Req Number:  118668
Time Type: Full Time

Are you motivated by turning complex information security regulations into clear, actionable guidance? Do you want to play a key role in strengthening how a global organisation ensures compliance in a fast moving regulatory landscape?

At DSV, you will bring structure, clarity, and transparency to our information security regulatory landscape, supporting leadership decision making and ensuring global compliance with evolving cyber legislation.

Your responsibilities and impact

You will join the Security Governance & Risk (GRC) team within Group Information Security & Compliance, working closely with IT, legal, and regional stakeholders. We are a diverse team of 13 with an informal, collaborative culture and close access to top management, offering a unique opportunity to shape our direction.

In this role, you will own information security regulatory compliance, translating complex legal requirements into clear frameworks, processes, and reporting. You will work across organisational levels, including senior leadership, where clear communication and structured interpretation of regulation are essential.

You will:

  • Maintain an overview of applicable cyber security regulations (e.g. NIS2, AI Act)
  • Translate regulatory requirements into actionable frameworks and roadmaps
  • Support regional information security officers with local compliance requirements
  • Ensure regulatory reporting to boards and senior management
  • Maintain audit ready documentation aligned with regulatory expectations
  • Monitor legislative developments within information security and assess their impact on DSV
  • Collaborate across IT, legal, and compliance functions

Success in this role comes from creating clarity in complex regulatory landscapes and embedding compliance into how we operate.

What you bring

You have a strong legal or compliance background and enjoy working closely with IT & security to turn regulation into practical implementation. You thrive in complex, global environments and take ownership from interpretation through execution.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years’ experience with cyber security regulations (e.g. NIS2, GDPR)
  • Has a legal or compliance background, e.g. cand.merc.(jur) or similar
  • Has experience working across IT, legal, and security
  • Communicates confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Has experience with structured management reporting
  • Works in a structured, proactive, and solution oriented way

Why join DSV

At DSV, you will become part of a global organisation characterised by accountability, collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership. We work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where decisions are made close to the business and where initiative and responsibility are valued.

You will join a culture built on trust, transparency, and continuous improvement.
