You will become part of the IT Finance Business Partnering team, where you – in close collaboration with your manager – will help define and drive the strategic direction of the team. In addition, you will have the daily leadership responsibility for a group of Finance Business Partners who is responsible for Monthly reporting, controlling, budget, Forecast and other Finance Business Partner related task and responsibilities for the Global IT function in DSV. The group will report directly to you.

The IT Finance Business Partnering team is part of Corporate Accounting & Finance, which consists of four other teams. In Corporate Accounting and Finance we collaborate closely and act in a uniform way. This also means that you will team up with the senior managers managing the other teams to shape our future reporting together.

Be the strategic mind that drives financial excellence

Your main responsibility will be to ensure a clear strategic direction for your team and continuously set the priorities that support this in the best way possible.

Furthermore, you will translate the financial needs of Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs) from Global IT into concrete deliveries for your team, thereby ensuring that the team provides stellar support for colleagues across our organization.

Driving the accountability for our financial performance in Corporate Functions you will:

• Be part of month-end closing and reporting and take responsibility for IT Finance Business Partnering team follow internal controlling activities.
• Support strategic and operational decision making with insightful financial analysis and recommendations as well as
• Develop KPIs for corporate functions as well as drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Participate in ad hoc reporting tasks hands-on and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and relevant financial regulations

Moreover, we imagine that you:

• Possess the skill set of a qualified accountant
• Have some years of management experience
• Have strong experience in management reporting and strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Know how to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and create collaboration in a large or complex organization, preferably multinational
• Speak and write English fluently
