To support our continued growth and transformation, we are looking for a Process Owner, Bookings who will play a key role in developing and improving Booking-related business processes across our global Road organization.

As Process Owner, Bookings, you will own and develop assigned capabilities within the Booking-to-Shipment value stream, ensuring that business processes, decision logic, business rules, and key data attributes are clearly defined, governed, and continuously improved. You will work closely with Product Owners, Value Stream Owners, country representatives, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into improvements and solution requirements that create value across the organization.

Joining an international team, you will combine process expertise with stakeholder management and continuous improvement, helping to shape how DSV Road operates today and in the future. You will have the opportunity to influence key business processes, work with stakeholders across the organization, and contribute to solutions that support both business objectives and customer expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and developing Booking-related business processes, business rules, decision logic, and key data attributes.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting the resolution of operational challenges.
• Gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into structured demands and process improvements.
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Value Stream Owners, Operations, Compliance, and Development teams to support business initiatives.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and proactively managing risks, dependencies, and expectations.
• Driving alignment around process principles and future process development across the organization.

You are a structured and collaborative professional who enjoys working with stakeholders, solving complex challenges, and driving continuous improvement through well-defined processes and business requirements.

We imagine that you:

• Have experience with Road freight
• Have experience working with business processes, operational development, business analysis, or logistics operations.
• Can translate business needs into process improvements, requirements, and structured demands.
• Have experience facilitating discussions and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• Bring a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for developing processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Communicate clearly, take ownership, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Are structured and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Process management experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. More importantly, you have a strong understanding of what is required for a booking to enable efficient operational handling and accurate invoicing.

Location

The role is based in Hedehusene or Horsens, Denmark. For the right candidate, the position can also be based in Venlo, Netherlands; Barcelona, Spain; or Vantaa, Finland. Some travel should be expected.
