You will join a cross functional product team within DSV’s Enterprise Product team, where our mission is to accelerate customer value, increase product adoption, and drive sustainable revenue growth through great digital experiences.

 

We work closely with commercial teams, UX, IT, data and operations to ensure our digital customer portal solves real customer problems while delivering tangible business outcomes.

You own the customer lifecycle – from strategy to results

As Product Manager, you are accountable for improving the full customer lifecycle across our myDSV product. This means balancing customer needs with business objectives, defining clear success metrics, and continuously optimising the product to grow revenue and reduce churn.

 

You will be responsible for the customer lifecycle theme: from identifying opportunities through data and customer insight, to prioritisation, delivery and the outcomes.

 

Working closely with stakeholders across our operational divisions and IT, you will ensure the product supports customer acquisition, drives self service adoption, and increases customer lifetime value.

 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for optimising the end to end customer lifecycle, focusing on acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and expansion
  • Define and execute a product strategy with clear commercial goals, including revenue growth, upsell, cross sell and churn reduction
  • Translate customer, market and business insights into a prioritised roadmap, defining clear outcomes, hypotheses and success metrics
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify friction points and opportunities along the customer journey
  • Partner with UX and IT to deliver high quality solutions that balance speed, usability and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure the product supports long term customer value
  • Measure product performance and continuously iterate to improve conversion and retention

 

You are a strong product generalist with a commercial mindset

You combine solid product management fundamentals with a strong understanding of how digital products drive revenue and customer loyalty. You are comfortable working in a fast paced, complex environment and making prioritisation decisions, saying no when needed, and keeping teams aligned around outcomes rather than outputs.

 

You understand that sustainable growth comes from solving real customer problems – and you know how to turn those solutions into measurable business results.

 

We imagine that you:

  • Have experience as a Product Manager, owning digital products in a B2B or platform environment, ideally within the logistics / freight forwarding industry
  • Bring strong experience working with customer lifecycle metrics, such as activation, engagement, retention, churn and lifetime value
  • Have a background in Product Management, UX, Business, Technology, or a related field, with hands on experience working in cross functional teams
  • Are confident using data and customer insight to drive product decisions and prioritisation
  • Have excellent stakeholder management skills and can align commercial, operational and technical perspectives
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both senior stakeholders and delivery teams
