At DSV, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of our ServiceNow Enterprise Employee Center – the digital front door for IT, HR, Legal, Facilities, and other services across our global organisation.
In this role, you will define and drive the product vision, ensuring a seamless and valuable employee experience at scale. You will work closely with stakeholders across business functions and technology teams, turning complex needs into simple, user-friendly solutions that keep our global operations moving.

 

Your impact – what you will do

You take full ownership of the ServiceNow Employee Center and continuously evolve it to deliver value:

  • Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog
  • Act as the voice of the employee, ensuring usability, adoption, and real business value
  • Translate business needs and feedback into clear, prioritised user stories
  • Collaborate closely with platform teams, developers, and service owners across IT, HR, Legal, and Facilities
  • Work with UX, analytics, and change teams to improve user journeys and adoption
  • Drive continuous improvement based on data, feedback, and ServiceNow best practices
  • Establish and lead a Platform Community forum to ensure transparency and shared ownership
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and UX standards
  • Support releases end-to-end, including testing, rollout, and adoption  

 

This role can be based either at our headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark or in our Warsaw office.

 

What you bring

You combine product ownership mindset with strong stakeholder collaboration and technical understanding:

  • Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ideally Employee Center or portal frameworks
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum ways of working
  • Experience with internal digital products such as employee portals or enterprise platforms
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable backlog items
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with global stakeholders  

 

Nice to have

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS)
  • Experience with UX, journey mapping, or employee experience design
  • Background in ITSM, HRSD, or Enterprise Service Management
  • Experience driving adoption, change, and value realisation
