At Enterprise Transformation (ET), we drive innovation, data science, and operational excellence for our Enterprise Products. As a rapidly growing unit, we are a mix of passionate individuals — from fresh talent to seasoned experts — working in cross-functional, flat-hierarchy teams. Our mission: to make software development faster, smarter, and more scalable.

Our Principles:

  • We celebrate wins together and learn from mistakes.
  • We prioritize informed, insight-driven decisions.
  • We design for scale but build pragmatically.
  • We value open dialogue and diverse perspectives.

Lead a dedicated Product Team

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead a dedicated product team within our Parcels & Xpress Platform. If you're driven by strategic problem-solving, can navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, and are passionate about delivering impactful solutions, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Lead backlog prioritization, refining user stories and epics to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies to foster collaboration, team alignment, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary link between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes by delivering impactful, scalable solutions that maximize value.
  • Analyze data, feedback, and market trends to make informed, insight-driven decisions.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and adapt strategies to ensure successful product delivery.

What You Bring:

Agile Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience in SAFe and/or SCRUM methodologies, capable of leading ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Experience in backlog management, user story refinement, and creating epics that align with business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Ability to adapt agile practices to suit team dynamics and project requirements

Communication & Leadership:

  • Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical stakeholders while engaging in technical discussions with developers.
  • Experience in managing conflicting priorities, navigating stakeholder expectations, and maintaining composure during high-pressure situations.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management, balancing strategic goals with day-to-day operational demands.

Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking:

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in assessing market needs, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to make informed product decisions.
  • Skilled in identifying process inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and driving continuous improvements.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges, prioritize effectively, and balance short-term wins with long-term vision.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Containerization & Databases: Understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and databases like MongoDB Atlas, Postgres, and IBM DB2.
  • Understanding of real-time data processing using Kafka
  • Code Awareness: Familiarity with code structure, software architecture principles, and best practices. While not required to code, you can read and understand technical documentation and communicate effectively with developers.
  • Testing and Debugging: Understanding automated testing frameworks (unit, component, end-to-end). Able to define test cases and interpret test results. Skilled in analyzing logs and troubleshooting common issues.
  • Quality & Security: Knowledge of code quality tools like SonarQube. Understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization flows to ensure secure and compliant solutions.

Experience & Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in supply chain or logistics solutions. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
