Time Type: Full Time

Would you like to drive and take ownership of our Responsible Sourcing programme?

Join us at DSV and collaborate with stakeholders globally to advance our Responsible Sourcing programme. We are dedicated to sustainable supply chains, and your role here will be key in shaping this impactful journey.

Welcome to Business Ethics

At our HQ in Hedehusene, you will become part of our Business Ethics team. Here, you will be met by 3 tight-knit colleagues who are responsible for areas such as our Code of Conduct, the Whistleblower framework, Human Rights, Sustainability Audit Scheme and Responsible Sourcing Programme, among others.

As part of our sustainability strategy, we are continuously developing our approach to responsible sourcing and supplier audits. Now we need you to drive the development and implementation of future improvements to this crucial programme.

Ensure that our standards are maintained in our supply chain

As our Responsible Sourcing Manager, you will manage DSV’s responsible sourcing framework, including any future development and implementation of improvements to this, ensuring that every link in our supply chain adheres to our standards. Doing so, you will collaborate closely with a wide variety of stakeholders.

More specifically, you will:

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive implementation plan, supported by robust decision-making materials
  • Establish an effective reporting system to monitor compliance throughout the supply chain
  • Work closely with the procurement and operational teams
  • Deliver presentations to senior management, providing updates on progress
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify opportunities for enhancing our responsible sourcing practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Participate in and contribute to the other tasks within the team

Experience from a similar role and great communication skills

You excel at stakeholder management, and you know when to stand your ground. And of course, you have great communication skills – which are put to good use when you argue your point.

Driving initiatives independently comes naturally to you, and you can set a clear direction for your area.

Also, we imagine that you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience working in e.g. compliance, sustainability or procurement, ideally within a large international organisation
  • Have experience working with responsible sourcing or third-party risk management programmes
  • Hold a master’s degree in law, sustainability, international business or similar
  • Have an understanding of relevant legislation, e.g. CSDDD, LkSG, the Norwegian Transparency Act, etc.
