Job Req Number:  132660
Time Type: Full Time

DSV is one of the world’s largest transport and logistics companies, operating under a growing set of regulatory and security requirements. As Security Compliance & Governance Specialist, you will work across the full GRC agenda with regulation as your primary field, and you will turn requirements into clear decisions, practical controls and follow-through across DSV.
NIS2, the AI Act, the CER directive and the Cyber Resilience Act all change how we run security and technology, and you will be the one who sees what is coming and what it means for DSV. Together with legal experts, local information security officers and colleagues across regions, you will turn those requirements into controls, policies and roadmaps. That takes a diplomatic mind, genuine interest in how other areas work and the ability to get a global organisation moving in the same direction.
You will have ownership of your area and room to explore the best way forward, building on the initiative already under way. Your reporting to senior management and the Board of Directors shapes how DSV understands its position, and clear, well-structured writing is a core part of the role. You thrive in a changing environment, keep things moving and make sure decisions get made.

Your role and impact
You will join the Security Governance & Risk team within Group Information Security & Compliance. We are a diverse team of 16 skilled colleagues with a collaborative culture. At DSV we work physical from the office four days a week, which keeps dialogue informal and makes it easy to involve colleagues early. In this role, you will work closely with the management in the team as well as the CISO from our office in Hedehusene.

Your primary tasks:

•    Monitor regulatory developments (e.g. NIS2, AI Act, CER directive, Cyber Resilience Act), assess their impact on DSV’s security, risk and technology landscape and recommend required actions, together with the internal owners.
•    Translate regulatory obligations into practical controls, frameworks, policies and implementation roadmaps.
•    Prepare compliance reporting and regular, timely status updates for senior management and the Board of Directors.
•    Maintain and develop the existing NIS2 coordinator network and support legal assessments and gap analyses together with local information security officers across regions.
•    Contribute to projects and initiatives across the GRC team where compliance insight, structure and follow-through are needed.

Success in this role comes from combining strong professional judgement with ownership, curiosity and business focus.

What you bring
You have worked with several parts of the field, for example regulatory compliance, information security governance, IT risk or cyber security governance, and you have seen how a decision in one area affects the others. Your educational background may be in information security, risk management, business administration or business law; what matters most is your ability to understand technical regulation and operationalise it in a large technology environment.
You are familiar with regulations and frameworks such as NIS2, the AI Act, GDPR and ISO 27001, and you understand how regulatory requirements connect to technical and operational controls. Experience with developing policies, guidelines or governance frameworks will be an advantage. Written communication is central to the role, and experience in communicating to senior management is a strength.
You could for example have a background as a consultant, where you are used to taking on new regulatory topics, building structure quickly and delivering to a deadline. Or you could come from an in-house role where you have held responsibility for compliance, regulatory implementation or governance frameworks in a complex global organisation. What matters most is that you enjoy working flexibly, are proactive in your work and have a diplomatic mind that gets collaboration moving.

Why join DSV
As Security Compliance & Governance Specialist you will have the opportunity to influence how regulatory compliance supports both security and business needs in one of the world’s largest transport and logistics companies. You will work at the intersection of regulation, technology and business operations and contribute directly to DSV’s response to a regulatory landscape that continues to evolve.
You will become part of a fast-paced, performance-driven organisation where decisions are made close to the business and where there is room to take initiative, recommend a direction and follow the work through.

Application process
Include your CV and a cover letter in which we can read why you find this role motivating. If you have any questions, you can contact: Director Nathalie Viuf Stender, nathalie.stender@dsv.com
The application deadline is 23 November 2026.
