Background
As DSV is expanding and we see an increase in demand and complexity in customer security requirements, we need to strengthen the management of and response to increasingly complex and global customer security needs.
We need to ensure customer security requirements are met, optimize our business and infrastructure, lean our processes and capture best practices so we stay ahead of our competitors and increase the loyalty of existing and future customers.
To ensure we have an up-to-date oversight of the level of implementation, risks associated to customers’ requirements and to identify best practices across the organization, we must both drive fulfilment of customer needs and gather insights from the organization.
Joining the Global Security & Quality Task Force as a Security Manager, you will be expected to drive, develop, and continuously improve the way we work – making sure we do things correctly, mature the organization and deepen the customer partnership.
Security Manager, Global Accounts
Joining our Global Security & Quality Task Force, you will act as an ambassador and support Security & Quality Management towards our most important global customers across all three divisions.
We see the role as a unique opportunity, where you will have the chance to work closely with some key global customers. You will evaluate, assess and drive implementation of customer requirements via engagements with your colleagues. Your security and business understanding will have an impact on how processes can be optimized and improved.
Responsibility
- Ensure global adherence to customer specific security requirements, KPIs, SOPs and processes
- Drive collaboration across stakeholders on customer requirements and troubleshoot issues
- Monitor security performance
- Act as the primary security contact for the customer
- Drive security optimization and propose security improvements

Qualifications
You get motivated by the opportunity to be the centre focal point for security, drive close customer collaboration and work closely with many different people from the organization. You understand how to manage customer requirements and how to ensure internal understanding and compliance. You have strong operational and process management expertise, with ability to manage high transaction volumes and complex customer requirements on tight timelines.
You understand the importance of, and the complexity given by stakeholder’s needs and have worked successfully with multiple teams across DSV and is seen as respected and a well-regarded colleague. You are curious by nature and like to give and take feedback. You have excellent communication skills.
Through your job(s) in DSV you have developed a solid understanding of key processes, systems and operation in both our regions and some of our verticals.
You like to investigate, optimize and look for opportunities to strengthen customer partnership and develop our business. You have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to make decisions and propose improvements to the customer.
In addition to this, you may have
Knowledge of recognized industry standards eg. TAPA, as well as the commitment to learn more about security in a Cloud industry context.
Furthermore, you may have:
- Supply Chain Security (physical and/or operational) experience
- An understanding process optimization, security compliance and continuous improvement processes
- Experience in supporting rollout and training
Area:
Preferably Europe. Please note, where you live is of less importance.
Travel:
60 - 90 days / year (international)
