The Business Operations Excellence (BOE) team within Enterprise Business Development (EBD) at DSV is looking for a motivated Senior Business Support Specialist to join us at our Hedehusene office.

Enterprise Business Development consists of more than 350 colleagues globally, and our Business Operations Excellence team is dedicated to creating transparency, improving ways of working, and optimizing the operational backbone of the department.
Our work spans areas such as overseeing department financials, process optimization, stakeholder management, cross-team collaboration, and digital enablement and you will be right at the center of it.
Your Role
As our new Senior Business Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Manager of Business Operations Excellence and the leadership team. Your responsibilities will include a mix of recurring tasks and exciting ad-hoc projects, such as:
- Manage Enterprise Business Development resource administration, including maintaining Master Data and coordinating resource allocation.
- Provide administrative guidance and support to the leadership team across a variety of tasks.
- Prepare and deliver recurring reports.
- Manage and streamline time registration and reporting activities using our PPM tool to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding of new colleagues.
- Optimize, implement, and standardize processes and procedures to improve overall administrative effectiveness within the department.
- Maintain and continuously update the department’s SharePoint site, distribution lists, and Teams channels.
- Coordinate and host department town halls and other internal events.
- Support the Senior Vice President with coordination and additional ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.
