Your Mission & Impact  

As Senior FinOps Manager, you turn cloud and infrastructure spending into measurable business value. You’ll set the optimisation agenda, build cost transparency, and partner with stakeholders across IT, Finance, and our business verticals to ensure we deliver the same – or better – service levels at lower unit costs. You’ll move seamlessly between strategy, execution, and stakeholder influence.

Besides global IT stakeholders, you’ll collaborate closely with Finance, development and migration projects, cloud provider tech and commercial teams, and FinOps consultants.

Key responsibilities:

• Commercial & Contracting: Enable IT Procurement on robust cloud/infrastructure deals; monitor vendor value/usage/risk; activate discounting/commercial levers.
• Spend & Consumption Optimisation: Set/enforce spend policies; run spend reviews and rightsizing across providers; deliver quantified savings and transparent chargeback with Finance.
• Cost‑Efficient Design & Planning: Embed cost in architecture alongside performance/resiliency/security; prepare cost scenarios and forecasts to guide decisions and budgets.
• Transparency & Governance: Build and maintain dashboards/reports surfacing trends, KPIs, and cost drivers; ensure clarity for Management, IT Verticals, and Service Owners.

About You

You’re a can‑do problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates clearly, and turns analysis into action.

We imagine that you bring:

• Several years in a similar FinOps, Cloud Commercial, or Cloud Cost Optimisation role
• Strong understanding of cloud technology and corporate finance
• Experience with one or more cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Exposure to ITIL processes and agile ways of working
• Success operating in large, complex enterprise environments
• Solid English skills, written and spoken

• Self‑driven, with ownership and accountability for outcomes
• Able to focus on highest priorities in a dynamic setting
• Influences effectively across organisational boundaries
