Driving performance and shaping business decisions across Europe

As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting business performance across the European region Reporting directly to the Regional CFO Europe, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders translating financial insights into strategic recommendations that help drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

You will be part of a collaborative team of Senior Finance Business Partners, leveraging each other's expertise and partnering closely.Working in a dynamic and international environment, you will partner closely with regional leadership teams to identify growth and efficiency opportunities, challenge constructively, and support data-driven decision-making. Your ability to connect financial performance with commercial priorities will be critical in helping the business achieve its objectives.

Key areas where you will make an impact include:

• Providing insightful financial analysis and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partnering with senior business leaders to drive business performance by connecting financial performance with business objectives, driving continuous improvement, and enabling the successful business priorities.
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the region
• Identifying risks, opportunities, and value-creation initiatives that support sustainable growth
• Supporting investment decisions through robust business cases and financial modelling
• Driving continuous improvement of reporting, processes, and governance frameworks
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions, countries, and divisions

Beyond your financial expertise, you bring a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and the confidence to challenge constructively when needed. You know how to navigate complexity, influence decision-makers, and build trusted relationships across functions, cultures, and seniority levels.

To succeed in this role, you will typically bring:

• Relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a comparable finance role
• A proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and supporting business-critical decisions
• Experience working in a large, international, and matrixed organization
• Strong financial modelling, planning, and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations
• A proactive and collaborative approach, combined with a continuous improvement mindset
