Do you want to shape how data is structured, understood and used across one of the world’s largest transport and logistics companies?

As Senior Information Architect, you will help define the Enterprise Information Model that supports DSV’s journey towards becoming an increasingly data-driven organisation. Your expertise will influence global business processes, data ecosystems and technology solutions, helping teams make better use of trusted and consistent information.

You will join a growing team of experienced architects and collaborate with colleagues across business and IT.

Your responsibilities and impact

You will become part of the Business and Information Architecture team within Enterprise Data Excellence. The team defines and governs the enterprise-wide conceptual and logical data models used across DSV.

Your work will help create trusted, governed and intelligent data ecosystems that support innovation, compliance, operational excellence and measurable business value.

Working closely with stakeholders across Global IT, DSV’s business divisions and cross-functional development teams, you will make complex information structures clear and actionable. You will also support a strategic DSV programme by contributing information architecture expertise to core domain activities and delivery outcomes.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Guide IT teams on implementing the Enterprise Information Model within the Enterprise Data Platform
  • Support integration planning so information from multiple systems can be used consistently and effectively
  • Collaborate across domains to identify relationships, dependencies and opportunities for standardisation

At DSV, you will join an international organisation where accountability, collaboration and ownership are valued. You will work with experienced colleagues who share knowledge, challenge perspectives and continuously improve how data supports the business.

This is your opportunity to influence DSV’s future information landscape while developing your expertise in a complex global environment.

What you bring

You combine strong information modelling expertise with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. You are comfortable navigating a large international organisation and collaborating with stakeholders across business, data and technology.

You approach complex domains with curiosity and structure. You take ownership of your work, communicate openly and help teams translate information architecture principles into practical solutions.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we imagine you have:

  • Proven experience within information architecture, data architecture or data modelling
  • Strong proficiency in ERD, ORM or comparable modelling techniques
  • Experience defining data contracts, naming conventions and data standards

  • The ability to understand complex business domains and identify cross-domain relationships
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English

It will be an advantage if you also bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management or a related field
  • At least six years of experience with data modelling and related data governance
  • Experience with domain-driven design
  • Knowledge of transport, logistics or operational finance
